Sound is super distorted. Worse speaker I’ve ever bought. Super disappointed

I got this about 6 months ago and it has never held a charge.

Has a great sound and volume for its size. Solar charging seems to work well, as we use it by the pool for 3-4 hours without an issue, but haven't taken it to it's limit on time yet!
