As Expected from Dell
I've been obsessed with Dell laptops from late 2018They did a good thing by installing only one SODIMM of 8Gb, so you can upgrade to 16Gb, though the exact pair of RAM is difficult to find.It has a empty slot for adding a HDD. GOOD THINGBuild quality OK.Performance is great.

Worst laptop bought
The media could not be loaded. It's been just a few months buying this laptop and it has begun failing in its features like you can notice the sound problem in it and wtf is that '98' on my screen and it is not even removed but on restarting

Dell 3525- Ryzen 5 5625u - Heating machine
Overall a good laptop bought it around mrp 55k with 16gb ver. As it's 35* series, build quality is v poor. Wish I had gone for ryzen 5 5425u as it's around 42k. Due to 6 cores and single fan and heat pipe, heats a lot on small workloads, not sure about long working hours. Rest it has godd features like display, keyboard. Wifi 6 though is missing. Avoided intel due to it's new hybrid arch and higher costs. Definitely not worth 50k. There is a higher end model 55* with better chassis and cooling system. But it's pricier. Either ryzen 5 5425u Or 55* series is better I feel.

Build quality is pathetic and bad software update service.
Just after carrying it in your laptop bag, the display will have the trackpad etchings, and these marks won't go anywhere. Audio drivers are pathetic: After restarting, if you plug in earphones, it works fine; if you plug out and plug in, it won't even recognize it; the sound will come from the speaker only. Uninstalling the updates to the 2022 version will solve the issue, but there will be an update every 15-20 days and it's the same problem again. If you write to support, they will just ask us to update the drivers.

Poor service and irresponsible behaviour by technician
The item i received is defective, a technician was allotted to inspect the item and he has not turned up and and service request is closed automatically

Over Heating, waste of time & money
1. Over heating2. Broken Sound while playing the songs/movies3. Below average Display4. Fan sound too high5. Overall quality and performance very poor.

overall performance is goodstarting it good heat but after few days when all the laptop is update then automatically this problem would be removedfast processor
