Product is great and better than any other dental products I used.
I received this product earlier that suggested by Amazon. Product was sealed in a great packaging. No things was missing in the package. I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend to friends.

Got this floss holder to replace a cheapy one I used before that broke after about 2 years of use. Decided I wanted something from a reputable company that's (hopefully) not made in China (like almost everything nowadays). I figured this would fit the bill. Some reviews at the time mentioned that the product doesn't hold the floss all that well, some mentioned it felt flimsy but did in fact hold pretty well. After purchasing it and a pack of floss that was specifically recommended and designed by Paro for this device, I started using it daily. Can't lie, I do the flossing once a day (just before bed) rather than twice as recommended but so far it seems to work fine for me (not being berated by my dentist on checkups. The concerns about it not holding onto the floss well enough are justified. While the little prongs have serrated teeth (as it were) floss can still sometime slip out when flossing (especially if your teeth are close together in some areas as mine are). I've learnt that wrapping floss one turn around prongs works better but even this does not stop floss from slipping off of one (or even worse both) prongs, when you've hard food ie. peanuts wedged between tight teeth. You need to practice restraint and simply accept that you'll use a LOT more floss when this happens. Once floss is saturated with saliva it will begin to slip out really easily, meaning between each quadrant of teeth you'll want to wipe this tool off so it isn't drenched in spit, before putting new floss in it.Longevity as you can see in pictures is NOT great. Pictures show the tool about 3 months after using it once per evening. First the little clip that holds the tool broke off. I figured it is still usable so no biggie, I'll just hold it closed. And this worked for another 3 months before one of the prongs themselves broke off. Luckily it didn't drop down my throat since I'm thinking that could've been a bit worrying. All in all, I will go back to cheap Chinese plastic floss holders that use quite bit more floss but stay in one piece for a couple of years. I'll let those with a lot more disposable income to buy these overpriced, 6-month reusable, floss holders instead. If you'd rather get something that lasts a bit longer just look for the numerous Chinese one's, with a "button" in the middle that you spool floss around. They're a lot more durable (as far as my results go) and WAY cheaper.P.S. If you've (community) another floss holder that's more durable, please let me know! (Post a comment)
