The best that I have used, yet; even beating the few I got from the USA. I have learnt, and I stick to it that half of this at 8 PM is enough. And, not to be taken every night. Stop, once the rhythm is set. (Yes, living in isolated mountains in Himachal this is much easier for me) Yes, that helps that I have lost a lot of stress and weight, AND, given up drinking. There are some brands whose Melatonin supplement wakes me up with weird dreams or even without, at 11, 2, 4, 1230 AM! (Which, I am told is normal) but GNC's hasn't done it even once.

I recently purchased GNC Melatonin as a sleep aid, hoping it would help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. However, I have been quite disappointed with the results. Firstly, the dosage options are limited. The GNC Melatonin comes in 3 mg tablets, which may not be suitable for everyone. As an individual who requires a lower dosage, I found it difficult to accurately adjust the dosage to my specific needs. It would have been helpful if GNC offered lower-dose options for those who may need less melatonin. Secondly, the effectiveness of GNC Melatonin has been inconsistent. While there were a few nights where I experienced improved sleep, there were many other nights where it did not seem to have any noticeable effect. I found myself still struggling to fall asleep and waking up frequently during the night, despite taking the recommended dosage of GNC Melatonin. Additionally, I noticed that the tablets were quite large and difficult to swallow. They did not dissolve quickly, which made it challenging to take them right before bed as recommended. This resulted in an unpleasant experience and an uncomfortable feeling in my throat. Lastly, I did not appreciate the lack of additional information on the packaging regarding the source, quality, and potential side effects of the melatonin used in the product. As a consumer, I like to have transparency about what I am putting into my body, and the packaging did not provide enough details in this regard. In summary, while GNC Melatonin may work for some individuals, it did not meet my expectations. The limited dosage options, inconsistent effectiveness, difficulty in swallowing, and lack of detailed information on the packaging were disappointing. I will be exploring other options for a melatonin supplement that may better suit my needs for a reliable sleep aid.
