Effective!
I am always skeptical about spending money on supplements, yet I gave this one a try, and I'm happy I did. I read the book "Drop Acid" and thought this might help me. I noticed an overall improvement in how I felt, and after about 4-5 weeks started slowly dropping some stubborn weight even though I wasn't "dieting." I will continue to take this one.

Maltodextrin......
Great supplement combo that I have used and trust. It just seems counter intuitive to add Maltodextrin to a supplement that is meant to relieve the effects of junk like Maltodextrin.
