Friendly SoapFragrance Free Shampoo Bar 95 g

Lovely shampoo bar with limited ingredients to avoid irritation. No scent, lathered up well and would definitely buy again. Left my hair shiny and sleek.

A very good shampoo without a plastic bottle

The soap lasts many washes even though I have long hair. The scent is neutral or almost none. The hair is coarse after, not soft. Be aware that if you dye your hair, the soap may remove some of the colour after a few washes. I had highlights and it stripped my colour to my natural blonde a bit. After a few washes my scalp got very dry and I had itchy dandruff, therefore I had to stop using it. It's ok if I use it on my body but my scalp is too sensitive unfortunately. Great for travelling because it is easy to pack and does not take up much space. Better for the environment than bottled products. It is a shame my scalp is so sensitive but for those without skin problems, this is a great shampoo.

I've been using these fragrance free shampoo bars for a few years now and I really like them. They warn people on their website that they are not suitable for hard water but my water comes from chalk and is some of the hardest in the country and it works great for me. The key is to liberally spray with cider vinegar rinse (1/3 vinegar 2/3 water) after you have rinsed the shampoo out then finger comb through your hair before rinsing out the vinegar spray. This way I get no residue and silky soft hair.

I've used the shampoo bar once and it made my hair incredibly sticky and difficult to rinse. I'll try it again but it may be destined for the bin :-(
