Was uncomfortable to start but got use to it

Effective but a bit hard.
The neck and shoulder relaxer is pretty effective, although a bit hard for my liking. It does provide relief, but I wish it was slightly softer for added comfort. Overall, it's a decent product.

Helpful for neck ache
I used this a few times for 10mns at a time and it has helped my neck ache. After a lot of research, this one seems to be the best shape.
