Blue is sharp
They are great knives. They are not heavy, very sharp the blue is a great color. Very easy to clean with sponge and soapy detergent. They are very easy to cut your steaks or any type of meat. I tried many knives and they are the best by far. The blue handle is great and very comfortable to use.

Plating is starting to peel
The green plating is peeling off. I've had them over 5 months now. Would recommend hand washing
