Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, FENIFOX Full-Size Whisper-Quiet Compact for PC Computer Laptop Windows XP - Silver and White

First one of these wireless mouse/keyboard combo worked great. Good design in theory; very quiet. After 2 months, the mouse's scroll wheel quit working correctly, so the combo was returned. The new replacement was a problem from the beginning. The mouse did not work no matter how the batteries were installed. I notified the seller (even sent pictures), and the company said I must have had the batteries installed incorrectly. Any moron can install batteries correctly, especially with embossed pictures of the batteries' correct install position, so the seller's explanation didn't fly. So I returned the mouse/keyboard and had a second replacement sent to me. When it arrived, same problem...the mouse didn't work regardless as to how the batteries were installed...even the right way. So I have a choice to make...find another manufacturer or go for #4. If you can buy the combo with a mouse that works or stays working, then I recommend buying this product, BUT I don't think it's worth the risk.

UPDATE: FENEFOX contacted me about my mouse not working. After trying the steps that they gave me, with out success, they sent a new mouse and USB receiver with success. Everything is working as promised. I updated my star rating because of the complete service I received.Revised review The key board connected right away and works great. Mouse never connected, even using the information given by FENIFOX. I investigated the return policy and realized I realized it would more to return it than buying a new one else where. I know its old school but it would help to have a person to solve the problems like this rather than a computer

I was urging to received this keyboard, but when I got it, the USB receiver adapter was missing from inside the battery compartment of the keyboard. I am very disappointed with this shipment. I like the product but I am afraid it will happen again. I am wasting my time hoping to receive a good item.

this product slowed my computer so much we spent hours cleaning up my programs, deleting some too. We thought we would have to buy a new computer...before doing that I finally wondered about this product, could it be the cause? so I went back to my old plug in keyboard and mouse. My computer was fixed and running as before. I loved the design. I can't return because of the purchase date.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I accidentally ordered this a second time after the first one broke. This one is no different. They don’t last if your using it for business.

Easy install, exactly as pictured and fast shipping. Advertises whisper quiet. The mouse wheel is silent but typing on the keyboard they click like a key board does. Just know the keyboard is not whisper quiet.

Works ok but the roller wheel on the mouse broke after 3 months.

Terrible do not purchase this. I put the batteries in the mouse and it got so hot I couldn't use it. GARBAGE>>> and I can't return it.

slek and sexy,well packed looks a lot better than pics,plug it in to front of pc via usb connecter work 1st time brilliant.(using it to type this).looks good, very light weight, good size keys easy to see, feel sturdy, no wires, easy install,slimline but strong. Had no problems with anything.takes 4 AA battery's..rechargeable is the way to go. The wireless usb connecter is stored in the mouse but if for some reason you need to unplug it then you store it inside the battery compartment of the keypad.battery's easy fit in keyboard but be careful with mouse as 1 will sit about 2mm above due to not being inserted correctly by me lol.this is very good value as I have had more expensive ones(with pretty lights) for 3 times as much. very slick would recommend

Love the keyboard but the mouse although feels good to use was faulty hence the 4 star, waiting for seller reply, Have now solved the problem,...Update....... I'm really please with the feel and working of both Keyboard and new mouseThe old mouse was found to be faulty and was replaced within 2/3 days, I did have problems pairing this new mouse with the old keyboard usb pairing port but I do believe I was at fault as when you pair a set of Keyboard and mouse they pick each others signal up from the original Usb that comes inside the mouse, ( you have to physically open up the mouse to work on it) but if you receive another replacement mouse (like in my case a new mouse) you will have to pair as from the factory, this involved for me to take out the old Keyboard/mouse usb then re-insert it, then click right mouse button as well as the middle mouse wheel button, hold for 4 sec (sometimes you have to hold mouse close to usb to get a signal, the light on mouse is sometimes very dim, try it on your screen even click one of the buttons to see if it's working after 2 attempt I got mine to pair and work along side the keyboard...good luck and don't give up

Nice Key Board, it has really good weight to it which stops it sliding around. Keys feel OK not clicky and easy to use.The Mouse does not have the same build and lets the keyboard down.The Silver going around the Mouse is Cheap.Please improve to match your keyboard. Also your instruction manual states the Nano Receiver isin the keyborad along side the batteries.Stop Looking: Yes in the Mouse. Fenifox you need to tighting up in the Mouse and instructions dept.

Great product. There was a bit of confusion at first, the instructions said the USB receiver was inside the keyboard, it was actually stored in the wireless mouse. This my only, albeit, minor grip with the product. The keyboard is great to use with no latency. Simple to set up on my Windows 10 PC, just plug in the receiver, put the batteries in the keyboard and the mouse and everything just worked first time. No complaints here.

This keyboard isn’t a full size standard keyboard. For those who are used to touch typing, especially using numbers and arrow keys this is difficult to adjust to. I will be returning this keyboard and getting a different one that is the normal layout.
