It's advertised as "for kids" but don't be fooled. ;) I actually bought this for myself and it was so awesome that I then bought another one for my son. Now that I'm working from home (due to Covid-19) I am sitting in a chair a lot. I can't stand sitting straight all the time so I had been crossing my legs which caused me knee and hip problems. This helps me keep my legs busy without injuring myself. Just beware that they take muscle to get them attached. Also, be careful because I had bought a Walmart desk and these things are so strong that it broke part of my desk. I used gorilla glue to take care of that. I put the second one on the same kind of desk but used my one foot to hold the one desk leg in place and my arm to hold the other one in place. It's super awesome you just have to be careful depending on what you are putting it on.

We purchased this for our son's school desk.So far these desk fidget bands are really helping him stay in his seat during class and get that excess energy out while remaining seated.The two black straps wrap around the desk legs and provide the anchors for the green resistance band to attach to. We ended up looping the strap around the leg 2 times to make sure there was no slipping when he rests his feet against the band.The carabiner clips are easy to attach to the loops on each strap (but you have to use a little strength to pull the band across and create the tension for the band).His teacher has said that so far he is bouncing while doing his school work so we are going to purchase another set for his home desk. What I like about these bands is that they can adapt to any size or shape of desk leg (his desk at home has square legs) compared to some of the other foot fidget solutions we looked at.Overall great product!

Broke very quickly. My sons friend at school had one that broke quickly too.

My son really benefits from this. We have a counter height table with tall chairs, and his feet don't reach the chair rung. This gives him something to rest his feet on. My only complaint is that the metal clips rattle when the bungee is kicked or bounced, which is at times, completely maddening. Maybe this is a "me" problem, but don't expect this to be silent like an all rubber fidget band!

Inconsistent sizing and product. I first ordered two and received two different products, the tube like band pictured and a regular chair band that I could not use. I returned the chair band and asked for replacement. Tube in picture is what in was sent. Much shorter than the first one I received. I’m trying one more time, because I like the product, just not the consistency.

La verdad que excelente articulo, compre para el cole, para bajar un poquito la ansiedad de mi hija (8), pero al poco tiempo se le soltó, le puse directo a las gomas unos cintillos, y pudo seguir usando sin problema. Tal vez la forma que ella lo pisaba fue lo que le hizo soltar.. luego se me ocurrió enmendar tb con cintillo el cinto que trae, pero por el momento con el cintillo directo en la mesa, quedo mas que perfecto. No pesa mucho, es una goma y

Get this if you always find yourself jumping out of your seat and getting distracted! This is a game changer for my attention ability whenever I need to get something done and am in a time crunch. I usually feel very jumpy and restless if I drink too much cofofee or am too excited about something, but this band keeps me grounded. I'm able to stay focused longer and finish my work in one go. I have one at home and another one for on-the-go for those coffeeshop or coworking days out of the office. Get one and let us know how it's changed your life! Let's band together!!
