Is there a sole plate for use to prevent iron shine available for this model?

Assume you mean the one that clamps to the ironing board? Then yes, mine came included.

Please tell me everything that comes with the iron. Does it come with Cord Holder that you put on ironing board

No, its not needed - the boiler stays on the floor and the iron detaches from the unit and sits on a special heat resistant pad on top of the ironing board. It works great - no need for cord holder (I think you are referring to the steam line from the boiler to the iron). I had another unit that had a funky attachment that the cord was supposed to sit in - we never used it. This unit works great. Jack
