Very good product. Gives me good feelings and helps with depression. Mood been very good. Try it.To compare I also tried ASHWA by Physician’s Choice which is a bit more expensive but had so many good reviews, was a mistake and made me feel worse. This is a much better product.

I've used several different brands of Ashwagandha over the years with mostly good results but also ran into a few useless ones. This product from Best is now definitely among my top 5 because it's very potent (~1300 mg) and the effects are certainly noticeable. On one hand it helps me to relax all day, which in turn benefits my sleep cycle. The energy boost in the morning is a bonus. Note that it did take a week or so to feel the effects, which is probably because of a long lapse in using Ashwagandha and possible 'clash' with other supplements that I use. This is a keeper.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my research said this product should help me sleep, clear the fog from my brain, boost my immune system and mood. I waited to review until I got through u 2 bottles and can say this product works great. I am referring this product to my sister who has trouble sleeping and hope it will help her. I only order products that guarantee satisfaction and this product does everything it says it does and the price is reasonable. I've been taking Ashwagandha for about a year now, and this is the third brand I tried. I was overall happy with the second brand, but it was just getting too expensive and so I looked around and found this brand of Ashwagandha that was significantly cheaper than the other brands I tried.I was a little hesitant but purchased anyway and now I've found my new, permanent brand. These capsules actually make me feel even better than the previous brand, and a side effect I thought I was experiencing has completely disappeared. I'm so happy I can get Ashwagandha now that works amazing and is less expensive than other brands.

I had read how that Ashwagndha is good to aid with your stress and energy level. Upon searching for a good brand to take I came across this one. Reading all the positive reviews really helped with my decision. At first I didn't notice any difference but after taking it a few weeks I have noticed that my stress/mood has improved. I will certainly continue taking this product.

Great product, easy to swallow capsules, and no taste or tummy upset. I really appreciate the fact that they have a standardized level in each capsule, unlike the loose powder I was previously using. For me, the product reduces stress so that I have more energy. That wasn't necessarily helpful at bedtime but it works very well in the morning. Since I had to give up coffee, this helps me to feel energized while still relaxed. One capsule a day is enough for me to tell the difference, so for now I am sticking with that.

I really like this product. It helps me stay calm under even stressful situations. I find that I don’t get irritated, and I feel that it gives me a little more energy. I rated a 4 rather than 5 because I have only been taking it for about 2 wks so there may be more benefits in the long run. Thank you for a very good product.

I love ashwagandha to help manage anxiety, and I liked that this product was a capsule rather than a powder. Prior to trying this, I had used the powder mixed in my tea. The capsules are far more convenient. The one downside was that the size of the capsules do occasionally make me gag, and I am pretty good with pills normally.
