Ordered this light on a Saturday, it arrived ahead of the due delivery date, and is perfect for lighting my glitter ball. I would recommend this product

I thought I'd try this as a spotlight in a small theatre production. Luckily it was a small production so the light was just enough.The DMX control works fine (though I'd prefer just 4 channels for RGBW, not all the funny 'strobe' and patterny channels, and who needs a master dimmer on the fixture? I've got one on my lighting desk.)It would probably be good for its stated purpose of throwing onto a rotating glitter ball - the spot is very tight and controlled.There's a bit of colour fringing from the separate bits of LED but it's not that distracting when used as a stage spot and would be no problem at all on a disco ball.

The different modes & settings are good , shame it is let down by its brightness or lack of.Correction: i measured from light to disco ball it was only 3.6 metres away, i said 4m in the video. Would i recommend it 🤔 NO.

There are several products like this for sale on Amazon and they physically look the same. The difference is that this one is advertised as 30W and the others as 15W. Guess what, they are the same. So by paying more for this you are not getting twice the light output, which I expected (and was disappointed). I happen to have a wattage display on one of my mains power distribution boards. This device changes its power usage according to the colour of the light output. So "Red" takes 6W, whereas "Blue" reports about 12W. So there you have it. And so do they now as I returned the 2 lights I bought. It seems you have to pay a lot for any light output in excess of what you'd play with in a domestic setting, sadly (and if anyone has found a bright LED spotlight for less than £30, I'd love to know!).
