This mask is great! You just need to know the following: The charge port on the mask is USB-C. The mask comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging. But a USB-C to USB-C cable will not work. So if you have only USB-C chargers in your household, you will have to buy a USB-A charger in order to be able to charge this mask (even though the mask has a USB-C charge port). I thought I had a defective product until I finally tried it with a USB-A charger.Comfortable to wear all night.Once charged, the mask can be used multiple times without a recharge. I run it twice at night as I fall asleep with it on. Then wake up in the morning still wearing the mask and press the button again for more warming, without recharging in between!Update: After use every night for 10 months, the battery suddenly stopped holding a charge for more than a single session. I have ordered another of the same exact mask since I don’t see any other with these features.

It does what it should, however, the heat doesn’t actually touch your eyes it just emanates. It shuts off after 20 minutes, which is fine, but if you’re using it for headaches and need it longer then that (which isn’t recommended, I know), you will be charging it constantly! I also have to press it onto my eyes so that I can feel the heat on my eyes at all, which is kind of annoying and almost impossible to have to do during a migraine. I do love that it’s cordless and not big and bulky like the larger massaging plastic ones. I have one of those as well- I really like what it does, but if you are a side sleeper, those don’t work well and they’re really loud. This one is great if you don’t need it to actually touch your eyeballs.

My mother refused to use this.It does not get very warm. Have better results with warm wash cloth. Do not recomend.

I love this mask! It's my second one since I use it every day. I had even used it on my neck as a hot pack. It heat up better then my heating pad! My first one died on me and not having it, my sinus got worst while I slept. So if you have sinus issues at night, you need this.

I got this for my mom. She was able to use it well enough however she remarked that it does not feel warm
