The XTool arrives almost gift wrapped, it all comes neatly packed in purpose assembled boxes. The machine is of high quality, very sturdy and fits together well. The instructions are mainly through photos, so a little more detail would be helpful.

Really happy with this laser cutter, its been very reliable, easy to use and super accurate. I use it exclusively for paper cutting so I cant say anything about other materials. I did have a support issue which was resolved quickly by xtool - and it's been cutting away ever since. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic desk top Laser. This product comes highly recommended and I can now see why. I first purchased the 5w laser and used that for a while. I mainly use this laser for leather work and engraving. I wanted a stronger laser and then got the 20w. This Is a fantastic laser for all the above as well as for cutting. It has loads of additional attachments that will increase your quality as well as production range. I use the air assist that fits perfectly on the unit and is super quiet and efficient, a definite must. I also purchased and used the roller attachment which really opens up creative doors and this has been fun. If you need a nice clean work surface I would advice the honeycombe base as this allows airflow beneath the piece you are working on and minimises the burning from below. I give this product a 5/5 and will also highly recommend it. The Makeblock UK team is great and always willing to help with any questions regarding the product and offer a 5Star service

Good laser, but customer service is what I wanted to mention. Have been very responsive and helpful with some of the issues I have had.

Sad to say when I opened the box and was hit with the smell of burning that I immediately knew this wasn't a new unit. Easily confirmed when I removed the safety glasses which were covered in greasy fingerprints, cables not properly wrapped and dirty laser head.Very disappointed to pay so much money and get a second hand piece of equipment!

Should have brought yrs ago when I 1st looked but price put me off. Was an present 🎁 from my wife but found when I phoned them about buying extra items. From them they were not helpful at all so phone manufacturers and they couldn't help me enough so will buy from manufacturers in future. Got a good black friday deal my wife said

I have been very happy with my D1 Pro 20watt. Since getting it I have been able to start my own business.I have put on some of the things I have been able to cut. I have a long list of things that I cut and sell.The customer service at xtool has also been very good. The photo’s hopefully show the detail of how well it cuts. Very pleased and looking forward to up grading in the future to the 40 watt.
