Does Fit 98-04 Econoline But Requires a Little McGyver Skills
Cam'd post "one with long metal rod? works fine, Outer top lugs have longer adjustment rods than OEM and must be swapped out with old ones from stock lights or a matching notch must be whittled out so it has two opposing "slots" otherwise top of lights will not seat far enough in to allow you to push down and engage Clips. NOTE: each retaining Clip "the tabs you had to push back and lift up to get the lights out", slide into groves for both top and bottom simultaneously. fixed lug is longer than OEM If you do not swap it out also lights will may need some major re-Adjusting ( Later I did some Suspension work (replaced Rear Leaf Springs and Added F/R Swaybars) and had to swap the posts back because they would not adjust beams high enough) Fit was then out a little on Bottom but it beats only seeing 15ft in front of you. Bulbs provided Produce Bla Bla yellow stock light, replace with silverstar "EXTRAVISION" not "ULTRAVISION " because the ULTRAS are twice the price and only last 14months "if you are lucky". Both produce nearly the same light intensity after 3-4 months of use the EXTRAVISIONS will last 4yrs+. Bottom line is swap out 3 out of 4 lugs on each with your old OEM light lugs for least hassle, But try installation with longer bottoms first to see it Beam can be adjusted correctly. If you have to remove Lugs Use a crescent wrench to twist off mounting lugs BE CAREFUL to twist them 90* in the correct direction and only twist using upper tabs so lower tabs can slip over humps (I Ended up having to slip opposing fine flat head Scewdrivers under tabs before they would slip over Humps PITA).Lights are a great Visual and style improvement Once installed......... takes My 2003 Van out of the 80's and into the current century....... Its name is Orville By the way.....

Decent price. Pretty bad fitment.
When buying a part that "fits your vehicle" the new part should be identical in fitment to the old part that is being replaced, this part is not.One of the plastic grommets that secures the headlight assembly and also allows you to adjust the headlight only has one notch cut out to secure it to the frame of the vehicle, the old oem one has 4 different notches.I was able to use the ones from the old headlight assemblies but others may have broken ones or not even have headlights at all if restoring an old/damaged vehicle.Being a shop manager and having a pretty extensive background in parts i find this unacceptable, if this was a customers vehicle and not my own (thankfully not, it's never fun to hear a mechanic moan and complain about getting the wrong part......) i would just return the parts.

Will Not fit a Ford '02 e350 unless modified.
I recently changed this review from 1 star to 2 after discovering a few things. These lights do look nice and are a good upgrade to the look of the front end.One light was broken and not installable right out of the box. Auto parts giant gave me a fast response and offered multiple solutions.I was trying to decide whether or not to order replacements, so I went and tried to install the light that wasn't broken. It was impossible to get the light to seat like the OEM. After a lot of toying with it I found that two of the three mounting studs were not right for my application. The only stud that has the same spec is the 90 degree adjustment cam at the bottom. You can install these lights if you swap the mounting studs from your old lights to the Anzos. This is unfortunately not as easy as it sounds but if you are mechanically inclined you can do it with minimal damage to the plastics.Once the studs are swapped it goes in and out like OEM (very easily). The lights are brighter than my old yellowed units but the beam is a bit scattered and spotty.

When I ordered these headlights, they weren't suppose to arrive until between June 5th to the 11th and low and behold I received them on the 3rd of June. excellent service. Ordered ANZO headlights for my F250 and had no problems installing them, I hope that these are just as easy as they are good looking headlights.

BAD Idea!!!
If I could give these a minus rating, I would. They were difficult to install and impossible to aim. They didn't come with the correct adjusting screws. Had to try using the one's off the old lights. Didn't work very well and an adjusting screw broken in the process. Will be returning.

Super Easy
Maybe they changed the length of the adjuster bolts from previous reviews.Easy install, just back out adjusters completely so headlight is loose, pop off of pivot ball.Remove mounts from adjusters on new headlights and screw in to existing mount/adjuster locations.10 minutes once I decided to not try to utilize all the NEW pieces and strip down the new headlights and only use the light and adjuster bolts new.

Hardware doesn’t fit.
A lot of trouble to install. Had to take hardware from old lights and put in the new ones. Very frustrating. I would NOT buy this item again.👎
