At first it’s great. I ordered 3 of them. I wanted dishwasher safe, lid, straw plus a strap, and it keeps it old overnight. But on one of my bottles, 4 months down the line, a hole that has rusted popped up on the bottom of the inside? We bc did not cause this damage. This means it is a defect. Anyway a replacement bottom part to help rectify?

I used this water bottle maybe a couple dozen times, always kept drinks cold even overnight, and other than the problem I have is well made. The last time I used it apparently the straw split where it bends when you close the cap on the bottle. Only way to use it is to screw the lid off and drink from it. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it.

Have had this bottle for a few months but the lid is now leaking. Does anyone know if you can buy a replacement lid?

Compared to my other water bottles, this one does not keep my drink cold as long as I expected. The description does not say how long it is good for. It just says "insulated". That should have been my clue.

The straw is defective - completely tore up at the top, making it impossible to suck anything up the straw through the lid.

I ordered 2 cups and when e went to wash one we noticed that the insert was ripped.

This is one of my favorite water bottles. Bought 2 more for my kids. Would recommend
