The makeup mirror worked upon arrival with no issues. I plugged it in to charge, and later when I unplugged the USB cord, the lights would not shut off. I saw complaints that this mirror doesn't hold a charge, but the lights were still on 18 hours later, until the batteries eventually died. That was impressive.I contacted customer service the next day, and received a fast reply. The representative had a new mirror shipped out the following day, and it arrived quickly, and worked perfectly. This company has AMAZING customer service, and I would definitely do business with them again! They even sent a follow-up email to make sure I had received the replacement & to see if I was happy with the mirror. You just can't get any better than that!I am very happy with the makeup mirror. It has 3 light settings, and it's definitely bright enough. A small magnifying mirror (included) can be attached to the mirror with suction cups. The mirror sits nicely on the stand (which doubles as the cover), and is very stable. The unit is small, with a thin profile, and very light. This is perfect for travel or taking along in our motorhome. The included USB charging cord was a nice bonus. I will be getting a lot of use from this mirror, and I'm very happy with my purchase. A 5-star purchase all the way around!!

I rely heavily on my large lighted makeup mirror at home to get ready every day, it’s the kind with a metal base and pole, where the mirror is round and flips from regular to magnified side. I need it so much that I would lug it with me in my suitcase when traveling, hoping it wouldn’t break. Not very practical! A family member gifted my teen with this LED mirror for Christmas and wow is it bright! It also comes with a round 10x magnifying mirror that can suction to the front of the mirror. Solved my travel needs perfectly, the LED mirror folds flat and can be charged with a c connector, I’m traveling a few times this year for work and am so glad I don’t have to pack that giant mirror anymore!

If you’re thinking about buying this, don’t hesitate and buy it! I bought it to use strictly for traveling and ended up liking it so much, I use it every day to put on my make up. I’ve had it for over a year and noticed the charge wasn’t lasting as long as it should. I contacted the company and they immediately shipped me a brand new mirror. The new design is even better because the magnifying mirror is integrated into the mirror frame – genius! I love this mirror!

Product is great for travel. Compact. Lights up well. Only issue I had was that the only way to see anything magnified is in the circle attachment, and it just isn't quite big enough to see much.

We travel several times a year, and my wife is usually frustrated with the makeup mirrors in hotel rooms. I suppose for energy conservation reasons the lighting is often kind of dim, or the makeup mirror is in an awkward position for an older person with not so great eyesight, or there just isn't a makeup mirror at all. I stumbled upon this type of makeup mirror, looked at a number of them, and decided to try this one. She loves it!The mirror comes in two sizes, a larger one about the size of an iPad, and a smaller one about the size of an iPad Mini. I was originally suggesting the larger one, but in the end we decided on the smaller one, mainly because of the difference in weight since we pack light. The rechargeable internal battery charges with a USB-C cable which is included. It does not come with a USB wall adapter, but obviously you can use any USB wall adapter, laptop port, etc. You can adjust the light color (3 settings) and the brightness. And don't worry, it is PLENTY bright, but I doubt anyone needs more than about midway. At higher settings it can get so bright you cannot see the mirror!One thing we really appreciate is the cover that flips back to form a stand. It moves easily but with enough light friction that you can adjust the angle, and it will stay securely with nothing to fiddle with to get it to stay in position. The little magnifying mirror is a nice bonus. You stick it on with 2 little clear suction cups then can quickly remove it with a slight twist so the suction cups stay for quick replacement.My wife recommends this mirror.
