Doesn't fit into bulb holder
The length of the adapter is small such that it does not fit into the bulb holder properly, so we can basically push it into the holder but cant twist it to hold onto the holder. Doesnt the manufacturer have a quality check in place to identify such major issues, the product is literally useless
