lazy susans are not easily installed regardless of the brand. this product is easy to assemble and very sturdy. you must be a contortionist to accomplish this. product is superior. hire a professional to install it .

Was easy enough to install, took a little creativity but barely took 30 minutes to uninstall my broken lazy susan and install the new one. Works like a charm and is holding plenty of weight. I initially ordered this but received a full circle, not the kidney shape. I contacted customer service to make sure if I ordered it again the right item would come. They said they checked the warehouse and ensured it was an isolated issue and this product is the kidney shape. Despite the shipping time advertised I received the product in less than 24 hours.

I purchased the Lazy Daisy Rev A Shelf to replace a corner cabinet pie shape lazy susan 20yrs old. I used the old holes and it was perfect. No directions however found a video online for the Lazy Daisy install. Once I found this it took about 15 minutes, including watching the video! Highly recommend the video from the start! It came with two large/thin cotter pins that I couldn't figure out why they'd need to be used. There are two sets of holes on the metal tube where the cotter pins could be inserted however they'd be in the way of goods sitting on the Lazy Daisy. It turns easily with no noise and so far so good after one week. I like the slightly deeper shelf so canned goods stay put when turning. Cost is less (half) than many big box stores, the round plates that hold the metal pole on the bottom and top are plastic, not metal. The video Lazy Daisy Susan Assembly Demo was truly the trick. Hoping it will last a long time! I'm glad I purchased. 👍🏻

Perfect replacement for my original broken one. Easy to put in.

It fits my cabinet well. Instructions for installation are vague. Guide to mark cabinets for base and header are not big enough to see the marks. I had to use a compass to extend the marks. I searched for installation videos to help me install but since this is aftermarket, not all the parts match the ones provided by the Rev-a-shelf company. There is some wobble in the shelves, but it seems sturdy enough.

My broken old set of shelves screwed to the door, which rotated with the shelves. These shelves were not equipped with that option. Couldn't find any that were.

I had to raise the lower shelf slightly to clear the lower (not adjustable) door hinge. This had a degree of difficulty without having to redrill the hinge mount. After a small error I was able to get it to work.

If this thing lasts 3 months, I'll be surprised. Instructions horrible. Parts that make no sense. I am a pretty handy gut, Have all the tools most home owners need, can fix almost anything except a modern car.The pole is weak. The shelves cannot withstand even a little weight, Had to rearrange the much of our storage. Last one broken and am attempting to get ready to sell. The cheap option was not worth the money! Hopefully the buyers will not notice our cheap option in a $350K house.
