Sofucor 52 Inch Wood Ceiling Fans with Lights and Remote, Gray & Gold

No noise, really moves some air! It looks fantastic, the blades look like real wood. It’s modern and goes with the brushed gold light fixtures in my kitchen. I’m ordering a second. That said, I gave it 4 stars because the instructions were a little frustrating to follow and left out a piece. which meant we had to take it back down and undo things to add that magnetic cover piece on so the wires didn’t show. We’ve been replacing ceiling fans throughout our house, but this one was a little different. Just make sure you look at the picture of the fan when assembling so you don’t have to take it apart again like we did. The only other negative is that it’s not as bright as the old fan, but that seems to be normal with these newer LED fans with plastic light covers as I’ve got a few different brands in the house and they are all the same brightness. I do like that i can choose different color settings to match the natural lighting bulbs I have in the rest of the room. Remote works great. Easily the nicest fan in the house, wish I had bought these for the others I’ve already replaced.

I bought this fan for my bedroom and LOVE the look of it. I love the gold accents and the white wood blades. The fan itself works wonderful. Super powerful air flow, and I like that the direction, light, and fan speed can all be easily controlled from the remote. At first, the LED light was emitting a soft glow, which drove me crazy since I like to sleep in total darkness, but I contacted the company and they were super helpful and mailed me a plastic piece and plastic screws to go in between the LED light panel. Highly recommend!

Although I think this is a stylish modern fan and have purchased several of them, being honest, they are not made well. Even on my brand new fan, the motor creates a constant noise that would keep you awake at night or bother you if you are the in that room in the daytime. I am very frustrated because it costly to buy fans that don't last long or have issues, have someone put them up, and then have to buy another fan, have this sofucor fan taking down and a new fan with better manufacturing and quality put up. Although this fan is nice looking, realize it is way too noisy from its motor housing, not from the fan blades.

Purchased the white/gold option. Great quality, classy style, beautiful and a very quiet fan. Great light options and speeds. Love that you have the option by the push of a button on the remote, to change the direction of the fan during winter and summer months. Highly recommend.

I really hoped this fan would be a perfect replacement. The directions were not matching the parts. The light plate was obviously for another fan. I could not install the led light as the light plate was not designed for this fan. Support kept asking for pictures even though I provided plenty of them. It appears they substituted parts that could not be installed as originally intended so I ended up returning the fan. Update - Seller was very responsive to issues with order and will ship incorrect parts so Ill increase stars.

This fan is lightweight, easy to install, and works great! We had a slight issue with the wiring harness and the customer service department was all over making it right. They walked me through a quick fix and we were up and running! I was super impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service.

The unit we got wasn't quiet and broke soon after install. We wrote to the company's support department and have gotten awful support. The fan sits in the box on the floor. They refunded part of our money and promised to send parts to make it work once more. Their various US branches have sent the wrong parts each time. Three times so far. This product is an excellent paper weight and a poor excuse for a fan.
