I love the shampoo and conditioner. It is very premium and smells very good. It leaves my hair bouncy, shiny and full of body. I have bought this two times and will continue to have this as one of my main shampoo and conditioners. I really like it a lot. I recommended it to my daughter and she has fine hair and she too has Found it improving her hair texture.

I really like this shampoo and conditioner set. I haven’t tried this particularly brand, but I enjoyed it so much I bought the full size. I have super fine and thin hair that gets greasy quick and I felt like this really cleaned my hair and the conditioner didn’t weigh it down or leave any residue. It smells nice too, it has a very fresh and clean smell. Would buy again!

I’m very impressed with this product. It came packaged very well with no spills. It lathers up excellent and only takes a small amount. The conditioner I’m totally in love with. I have very thick long hair and it left my hair tangled free. The scent is nice and not over powering. I will definitely buy the shampoo and conditioner again

I like this shampoo and conditioner. They make my hair feel lovely and it's nice and shiny. The scent is light and kind of fancy, and the bottles are pleasingly aesthetic in my shower caddy. I'll buy it again. I'm thinking about trying this brand's purple shampoo and conditioner. I like to switch back and forth between regular and purple to keep my silver hair looking it's best.

I had high hopes for this Kristin Ess Signature Shampoo and Conditioner set, but let's just say… it’s not giving “signature,” it’s giving “autograph on a napkin.” First off, the smell? It’s okay, but compared to their clarifying shampoo, it’s like trading in a bouquet of fresh flowers for that faintly perfumed aisle in a supermarket. Not bad, just… why bother?As for performance, it left my hair feeling heavy and about as bouncy as a wet towel. I could only muster using it once a week because anything more and my hair felt less “clean and fresh” and more “did I rinse this out or am I still in the shower?” It’s like this shampoo and conditioner duo was trying to hydrate my hair into submission, but instead, it gave up halfway and decided to weigh it down for fun.Sure, it’s sulfate-free and all that jazz, but my hair missed that clean feeling like I miss carbs during a diet. If you’re looking for a product that you can use sparingly while side-eyeing it in the shower, this is for you. Me? I’m back to their clarifying shampoo. At least it smells nice while crushing my soul with its dryness. Three stars for effort.

We love this product. It leaves my hair feeling soft and has helped with less breakage. I can't use alot of products because my scalp is sensitive but this works amazing.
