Purchased this for my daughter’s mermaid theme birthday party and it is super cute. You have to tie the ribbon in yourself and tie it around the child’s head. Very pretty once completed.

Such cute little crowns. Oh my gosh. I mean, they aren't something you can use again and again, but for a birthday party they make little girls eyes light right up. Because who doesn't want to be a mermaid? If only for a moment?

We used these crowns for our 4 year old's mermaid party! My daughter wore hers and we gave the rest out in our favors bags. They are super cute and easy to assemble.
