Even better is this company’s customer service: I contacted them about a misunderstanding I *myself* had about the necklace, and they were so kind as to ship me a replacement. Fantastic giftable product, sentimental idea. Would be nice to include the Mom's name instead of just saying mom on the heart. Beautifully crafted. Value for money here.

This is the Rose Gold one (terrible lighting, but it is a beautiful rose gold as requested.) and i absolutely love it! It's a gift for my sister with her babies names on it for Christmas. 10/10 would recommend!
