I found it a very nice edition to my morning routine.

Been enjoying this journal for the past month or so now. I always have a hard time knowing what to journal about. The simple yet effective prompts are great for building consistency.

The media could not be loaded. It’s such an organized and easy to use journal. This is a beautiful journal. High quality and K love the feel of the cover. My only complaint are the checkboxes at the top of each daily page. What exactly am I “checking off” for my affirmations and gratitude items? That I wrote them? Voiced them? There is also limited space to write these items down.With that said, love the space for the daily reflection and moods. It’s a great journal, you just might need to make it your own in terms of how you use the top section. For me, this is a devotional journal so I’ll check each box after praying/giving thanks.

I have anxiety and other isssues and this journal helps bring me back and realize what Im grateful for! It's sturdy and useful! It has plenty of space to write what I need.

The habit tracking is huge

Somewhere in the add I saw later that it was for men. Not necessarily. Its very detailed and structured inside with a daily schedule and project planning and goals. This is not what I needed and they didn't give you a visual of the inside of the journal. I just wanted a journal to write in. I had to return it.But the quality was Great!
