Great product and great flavor.

I love the can it comes in with a little internal snap down lid. I've read that particularly Lion's Mane mushrooms help reduce estrogen and inhibits aromatase which may reduce the risk of recurrence of IDC breast cancer. I pop about a teaspoon of this powder into my amazing smoothie every day, which includes kefir, yogurt, frozen organic fruit (blueberries, bananas, apples, red grapes, strawberries), a couple of handfuls of raw organic spinach and a raw organic carrot, maybe some fresh broccoli sprouts from my sideboard, a good shake of cinnamon, a teaspoon each of macha green tea and my Lion's Mane, maybe 1-2 T. ground flaxseed and/or oat fiber, and a triple spin in my Blendtec set to smoothie. Adjust the fruit flavors by adding more or less of one fruit or another. If I want it to taste chocolate I simply add some sugar free chocolate Collagen and/or Hershey's Cocoa Powder (100% with no sugar). It doesn't exactly look great, but it really does taste great and does the trick! I'm feeling better every day and getting ready to start my garden for some of my smoothie ingredients. Lion's Mane is taken daily like this and I'm feeling the difference.

This is Organic, clean Lion’s Mane extract in a powder form. It’s not flavored so if you are not used to the Lion’s Mane flavor, I suggest mixing it in shakes. It doesn’t have any fillers added, just mushroom extract (which is great btw) so you shouldn’t be expecting much of a flavor. We’ve been using this mushroom on and off for almost 2 years and I am always looking for non GMO and organic brands to try. This container is 50 servings (25 days for 2 people) , my husband or I sometimes forget so we can stretch it to a month
