Well constructed
I wanted to use them for leg exercises after my knee replacement surgery but couldn't because the strap is too short for my ankle. In theory they are ok for wrists. Caution! Do not let them sit on wood. The neoprene sticks to the wood leaving permanent residue. Simple solution? Let them rest on cloth like a hand towel or doubled paper towel. Very high quality.

I use these to continue my PT at home after a knee injury. They are easy to apply. The work well and do not take up a lot a room in storage. I also like the sand (?) filing. I is flexible so it bends around my ankle well. The only caution I offer is that these fit a larger ankle. I am a 6'1" athletic woman. If I were shorter, they might not work. Kook for the size, before you purchase.

These are not great ankle weights. They are made for your wrists. They fit small and unbalanced on the ankle. Im disabled. Outcome might be different for a normal person. Just be cautious.
