This is wonderful!!. It slides on easy and off. I put in the fridge instead of freezer so it doesn’t freeze my head.

Misleading Photos -- MUCH Smaller
The cap itself is VERY small, and due to the lining on the top you cannot pull it down. I was under the impression that the top was the same neoprene/gel material that would keep it cold, however it is just a lining/ has no ability to hold cold/hot. I have purchase several other caps from other companies and this particularly cap was a huge let down.
