Bear Creek Soup Mix, Creamy Potato, 10.5 Ounce

I love this soup as my base. I add in fresh or frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and cheese. For some reason, I cannot find it in any stores around me. I have turned to Amazon. I have found it here a few times. Unfortunately, I can't find it here any more either. If you find this soup, I think it is great as a base. Add some of your own touches to make it yummy.

Sent this to a friend after her surgery, states away from myself, and she said it was fantastic and just what she needed. It has plenty of servings for a larger family too.

Bear Creek makes an exceptional soup mix.

There's not a Bear Creek soup that I don't LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've tried them all. The ease in which dinner is prepared is awesome! fill a big pot with 8 cups of water. No lid. Bring it to a boil. Whisk in the dry soup mix. Lower the flame. Let bubble away for 15 minutes only checking on it and giving it an occasional stir. Served with a good bread and a tossed salad and even my 2 grown sons get full! Bear Creek soups taste SO close to homemade from scratch it's not even funny. They are pure comfort food on a chilly day! I have a subscription for my 3 favorite styles Minestrone, creamy wild rice and Creamy potato. Sometimes the stores don't carry it so having a subscription from Amazon ensures I never run out when I need it.

I cut up some frozen broccoli, added a little extra cheddar cheese and made a gourmet quality soup.

Really good flavor. Only 3 stars because I cooked and cooked and cooked and the potatoes are still hard. Some are soft but most are hard. Bought 2 packs and removed all the potatoes from the 2nd. Added my own and it was awesome.
