I needed an outside access door for my attic and this fit the bill. It is not heavy duty, but that does make it light and easy to carry up a ladder to install. The flange was not deep enough for the holes to mount into the studs (my siding and insulation is the depth of the flange. I had to drill holes in the outside to mount it. The one missing item is a handle to open the door (hence the 4 star rating). I added one to my installation.

Top quality door!We used the door for a build out to house our stereo equipment, so We could access the wires in the back. The door is water tight and works perfect. I like that the door is insulated and has locks.

This is a pile of crap. Do not buy. It’s as if they were told to build a door without hinges that will look like it works but when installed will fall apart and reveal the alternative hing thingy they invented just to make your day miserable.

I ordered two and one had the corner damaged. Also the photo is not the same as the product ordered. The shown has one latch, the ones I received have two latches. The dimensions are the same and it does have a seal.

I needed an access door for a thermal expansion tank and associated plumbing project. This door was perfect for my need. It's sturdy and insulated, yet lightweight and easy to install once you get your framing and cutout completed. Very happy with this purchase. Wish it would have been less expensive, but who wouldn't?

As nice a crawl space door as one could buy.

If this door cost 20 dollars it would be a fair deal there is no hinge only the aluminum edge of the door wrapped around a pin now I have to find a new door for my customer don't throw your money away
