All 4 light right up.
Picked up 4 of these to replace the bulbs in 2 on my D200 uvc ballasts. They all lit right up. I'm dealing with a slow water leak under the foundation. Water had leaked into the floor of my Maine return below the central AC handler. Mold was just starting to take hold. Tossed both ballast with 2 bulbs in each one in there and there is zero signs of moister and or mold now. I've got the water under control at the moment. I'm just glad these lights stopped the mold.

Still working after 12 months
I bought 4 of these bulbs 12 months ago. They were all still working after a year of continuous use in my HAVC system.

I have purchased so many different brands of these lamps and finally found a quality lamp!
All of these come from China. Most last 3 to six months and begin to dim after 60 days. These lamps are still bright and working perfectly. (I do use a filter to view these lamps in my return air duct so be careful) I'm hopeful that they'll last a year!!

Waste of money, going to try a different brand
2 of the 4 Bulbs only lasted 1 month, the other 2 only 6 months.
