Save your money. This journal is just like any other - the daily prompts are just the same three sentence starters on each page. :-/

Save your money.
I thought there would be prompts or encouraging topics but this is not inspirational tbh. it's just a journal with dedicated sections. I could have made this myself by drawing a line down a piece of paper. lame.

Buyer beware: Same prompt on every page
Like another reviewer mentioned it's literally one page repeated over and over again. There are no unique prompts, and you could easily make this "book" with any notebook you already have. Was really hoping for something to stir some thought, but answering the same questions every day doesn't seem beneficial. Would have returned it, but the fee to return was almost the price of the book...

Possibly a life-changer!
This was purchased for me as a Christmas gift from a co-worker. I only recently started using it, as I've been dealing with some troubles in my life. I don't know what it is, but even if I repeat some of the same stuff... getting this done in the mornings (or sometimes at night if I don't make the time in the mornings) has made such a tremendous difference in my attitude toward myself and to others. So much so, that several people have taken notice. I have since purchased a couple copies for friends who are also dealing with troubles in their lives. I highly recommend it. Even if you aren't dealing with any issues in life, it's such a help for clearing your head before starting your day.

Same questions every day
Guess I should've paid more attention to the description and pictures. It's just the same page every day. I could've just made one myself. Oh well, it's small and cute so theres that.

Help If You're a Bit Lost Like Me
I am a grad student in a very strenuous program and I like staying busy that way. But on breaks, when I have too much time, I sink into nothingness. I didn't expect this book to do much, especially since I thought "mindfulness" was some BS. Even if its the same prompts every day, it's what you make out of the book, the book isn't meant to be liquid gold itself. I like mentally checking off the 3 small accomplishments I held myself accountable for in ink, somehow the book is better than my Post-it note to-do lists. And the main reason for the 5 stars, it helps my depression.

) Love this little book
I purchased this for myself at a bookstore, then purchased two more for my coworker and my mom. High quality with simple prompts (what are you going to let go of? what are you grateful for? what are you going to focus on?) Love this little book...excellent choice for those who want the meditation of journaling but can't seem to commit to a longer free-form journaling style.

This book changed my life
I would not have believed it possible but using this journal everyday has made me happier and more content than I have ever been. First it encourages you to make a decision on something you have been fretting about and then "let it go." They it has you recall something from the day before that made you smile and describe it, which causes you to relive the pleasure and locks it into your memory. But best of all it gets you to focus on three things that you intend to accomplish this day. I have always had endless lists of To Do's which was very discouraging when I did not seem to be making any progress on a list that never got any shorter. But since using this book I have discovered that three things is what I can usually comfortably accomplish in a day. I end the day satisfied that I actually achieved what I had planned. And I start working on the first one right off the bat rather staring at the long list trying to decide what to do. If I do get through all three things and still have some energy left I reward myself by doing something I want to do rather than have to do. And it also helps with planning the rest of the week by penciling in ideas for the "top three" for subsequent days. I am really glad that the gift shop at the St. James Tearoom brought this book to my attention. I have since bought copies of it for all my friends.

Perfect if you get it secondhand
I wouldn't want to pay face value for it, but for what I paid (I think around £3?) it was a great deal. I enjoyed using it for a while because it did encourage me to be reflective about my day, however I did lose steam with it within a few weeks. Only complaint might be that it's a little tricky to write in due to how small it is and that its hardback.
