The media could not be loaded.  We bought this so we could capture our snorkeling adventures in Hawaii. It totally worked- I was able to use the touch screen under water to take photos and videos. It’s a little tough to see what you are getting underwater, and I couldn’t zoom, but for our purposes it was a great way to capture our footage. So much better than the underwater cameras we have used in the past, and way cheaper than a go pro

I bought it for myself (iPhone 13 Pro) and my husband (iPhone 12 Max), and my son used it briefly (iPhone XR). I've used these without the standard case.When these arrived I tried a dough test on both and they came out dry.I knew I'd be spending the entire day at the pool on my trip to Palm Springs I bought these because I didn't want to lose my keys, ID, or credit card also. We were still hesitant to immerse them in water, but we eventually did. Using the volume controls, I took a photo underwater. Even those with thin fingers could use it without immersing it in water. I will definitely use this for future beach and water trips (no sand in the crevices!).Take note of something else I discovered while using the Apple Watch. This will cause your watch's battery to drain faster. No underwater phone service. The watch then continues its search for a signal. My watch's battery usually lasts more than a day, but it died after about 12 hours in the pool.I haven't had any issues with the straps, but I've only used them in shallow pools.I'll probably use this on the beach too.I'm definitely going to tell everyone about it!

The only reason I bought this case was I thought it would be better then just a standard clear submersible heavy duty protective bag due to the button feature to access the camera which didn’t work with my phone. It’s sturdy, has a niceGrip and hold and the touch screen works ok but I went a drop bag which worked better

The media could not be loaded.  I have some cheap water-proof cases but they are not for heavy duty use and break after a few times. I chose this water-proof case as it looks sturdy and cool.It is super easy to fit my phone as there are six claps around the case to seal it off. I tried it in my bathroom sink and it completely blocks out water. I was able to operate my phone to take photos and videos under water.I cannot wait to take this case for my Hawaii vacation!

Case came without the vent port screw. Case is not waterproof without it.

I set this up on my Galaxy S22, and it was very easy to get going. You can use the touch screen (sort of) with it on, but it's certainly not easy. I mostly use it for aquarium photography, and have had it submerged for up to 20 minutes with no leaks. The included o-ring doesn't inspire a ton of confidence for long-term use though, and sometimes slides off when uninstalling. Most importantly, the latches don't seem to hold up terribly well to saltwater. I always rinse after I'm done photoing a SW tank, but one of the latches seems to have oxidized slightly and become a bit hard to operate. Still works though.

The media could not be loaded.  Honestly way better than I expected. Easy to use. Easy to clean. iPhone came out of the case absolutely dry. Great for beach days and also to avoid any sand.

Does what it says it does and does it well.

I rely on reviews before purchasing but the reviews are a bit misleading. Perhaps it works differently with an I phone but not so with a Samsung. The case presses the volume down button to take a picture or video. No other phone functions can be used whilst in the case. The problem is that Samsung's camera times out after 2 minutes and you can't turn it back on unless you Exit the water, take the phone out of the case, start the camera and reseal the phone in the case and swim back out to the reef etc. You can restart the camera app by a double press of the on off button but the case doesn't have a separate button for this function. A work around if you remember is to take a bogus picture within the 2 minute time out period or video continuously and edit later(the video doesn’t time out). I contacted Samsung and they informed me that there is no work around for the camera as it is a battery saving feature. So from my point of view it was a waste of $80. Should have purchased a Gopro. There may be another camera app that gets around this problem however the supplier hasn't provided this information.
