Plug Protectors by Safety 1st, 24 count

I like these. I just plug them in and my toddler cannot get them out. I can get them out but it takes some effort.

I purchased this to cover 2 outlets on my Inverter Generator. To keep the rain (some) and bugs out. During my search I saw many different brands and prices.After reading some reviews I decided to splurge and spend the $2.88 for this 24 pack. lol I'm happy that I did. They fit super snug for my application.For the parents out there I also tried it at home in the wall socket. It went in easy and came out with slight coercion from my fingernail. Don't see how you could make this any better, for what it is? Great for my generator and worked well in home.Aside from the $2.88 price tag I think this is a great product for its intended purpose. Keeping those prying little fingers out of the juice. I would buy this again and would also buy it to protect small children.My only goal with this review is too help us consumers make a more informed decision when purchasing products sight unseen.Keep safe and enjoy!Cheers;Gary

Bought these thinking they'd be a good safety measure for my toddler. Put them in all the open outlets like they're supposed to be used. Toddler then took ALL of them out and gave them to me. Apparently she can take them out easier than an adult can.

They do what they are supposed to. Tip: Use these ones on outlets you won't be using often as they become difficult for even adults to pull out, buy the ones with the button on them for outlets you plan on using to vacuum and such!

Les protecteurs de fiches électriques remplissent bien leur fonction. Ils sont faciles à installer. Ils ont seulement 2 "pattes" et sont donc compatible avec toutes les prises. Notre fils de 14 mois n'est pas en mesure de les retirer.Avantage/désavantage : ils sont difficiles à enlever pour les adultes aussi! Nous préférons utiliser les protecteurs avec une languette pour faciliter le retrait, également de Safety 1st.

The plug covers are of good plastic quality and they are sturdy. They fit snugly into outlets and do not come out easily. Perfect for its purpose.The only minor drawback is that the cover piece sticks out of the wall just a little. I used to have flat ones that made the outlet seem to disappear, but these tend to do a little bit of the opposite and draw a little attention to themselves by casting shadows from the ceiling lights.
