We wanted to get books for a special school. This one has al the elements that make a treasured favorite. It inspires through its art, uplifts, and makes a reader of any age think. The Gaurdian did the review on the back. “ Intricate Images are too good to miss”I have long been a teller of stories. Be it as an actor, or artist, director, counselor. So books like this get my highest rating. But anyone can enjoy this story any age. My elderly Dad started looking through some of my illustrated children’s books and he was stunned. He loved them too. I think sometimes people who do not make art for a living forget they can enjoy this kind of thing too. Flying Eye is doing so many wonderful books. Cloth bound spine, beautiful end pages. Lots of thought and detailed beauty in this hard bound copy.

Gorgeous book to read, and the story is short but tender. Great lessons of open mindedness and kindness toward strangers.

Very cute story about inclusion for kids. Great introduction to some of the heavier topics about diversity and inclusion that we’ll be discussing more and more as my daughters get older.

I got this book for my grand Nephew and he loves it. He is about 8 years old and an avid reader. The artwork was beautiful and right up his alley. I highly recommend.
