I have carts with wheels from FWF medical but at times like shopping it is easier to put my tank in these sturdy well made sheaths so I can set it in the grocery cart and not have a grocery cart and an oxygen cart to wheel at same time. Also very useful as safe storage container in cars. Velcro straps cinch up the tanks top and bottom. A small loop is there for your cannula as well as a zipper pocket and carrying handle. I bought 3 of them for my D tanks. The top sticks out so you can easily place the regulator and monitor usage. Great buy in a sea of not so well constructed items. This is the one you want!

for D cylinders with two velcro straps to hold the tank in place, a hose strap and mask bag, with strap snaps for shoulder carry (using your own straps). Like the two I got, will add more soon.

Very good product. Has extra pocket for what ever needed. Only thing could use swing strap for easier carry. But able to attach one yourself. Love medical emblem so all are aware of O2.

Works like it's designed. We use for it a D size cylinder, covers the entire cylinder and leaves the regulator and stem exposed for easy access. Has two velcro straps, and one stitched on handle. Small pocket is big enough for an adult NRB, and NC, maybe even a SVN if you want to cram it in there.... Padding is suffucient, and hopefully it will hold to up to everyday use.
