Great quality item with plenty of space for two epipens and extra storage. Very durable and won’t cause anything to be crushed inside. Loved it so much that we bought a second for another family member.

Larger than expected
It’s a little larger than I expected but I kept it anyway and included my inhaler and Benadryl in it along with my epi pen. There’s still lots of room left. The hook is cheap and opens easily so I replaced it with a sturdier one I already had
