I haven’t been using my rebounder for long. The first time I used it was after having played tennis after a tournament and then social tennis for 3 hours. My body was in bits and I tried the rebounder for the first time that evening, and it made such a difference as I felt really good the following morning without the usual stiffness. I also used it first thing the following morning without doing a pre warm up and within 15 minutes of just bouncing on it, I had built up a sweat. I have done a fair amount of research on rebounders and there are multiple benefits. Helps with lymphatic drainage amongst other things, there is also a NASA report about the benefits, although I haven’t read it! I have also read YouTube reviews of how others have benefitted from using the rebounder which is what made me take a leap of faith and purchase it.On another note, the rebounder arrived with one leg having a dent, which meant that it could not be screwed on to the rebounder. After a few exchanges with the seller, I was sent another rebounder. The customer service was of a good standing, so if you have any issues, he is very responsive and I am happy with he service that I received.

I love this so much, its strong and sturdy, took me a while to get confidence as my first time using one and I love it im Lager Person about 16st and holds me perfectly I'm really happy with it. Its supper easy to put together, but as it states when putting the bunge on it is very hard especially when you have most of them one so I would suggest having someone to help hold the frame or to help pull the bunge on, but other than that it's grate. Unfortunately my one had one missing piece but I messaged the seller and they where super helpful and quick to respond and resolve the issue. I would 100% recommend this it is big compered to others, but I live in a 1 bedroom flat and if I take the handle bar bar bit off I can easily hang it up out of the way with out having to dismantle the legs or anything other people may not be able to do this as I hang it up with the legs pointing out and the hand bar curling round a corner like an L as I happen to have a wall shaped like this so worth thinking about how to Store when not in use if you have a smallish place. But I am so glad I got this.

Love the base its sturdy and good bounce. Handle hard to assemble and not sturdy.

This trampoline is really good quiet , strong . I did manage to put it together but it was hard putting the bungys on love this trampoline .

Easy to assemble by myselfwith instructions very easy to follow, I am a trampoline fitness instructor and bought this to use at home to practice - it is as good quality as the ones I use for my classes. Would recommend!

Very strong elastics difficult to manipulate when assembling. Needs strong hands and best accomplished with two people but very sturdy when assembled

I bought this in February 2022. I am 10 stone and used this 3 times a week for approx 20 minutes. Most of the bungee ropes have snapped and the mat (rebounding surface) that the bungees attach to has ripped so I could not attach replacements. I am very disappointed and had expected it to last longer.

Great for exercising easy on limbs. Suited for adults of all ages.

Went together easily, and the video instructions were helpful. three months into owning it, Very stable, except that bar is a bit shaky I find it excellent exercise. 100's of videos for different exercises on Youtube helped me get started: dancing to high energy music keeps me going. Wide range of possible purchases, from cheaper to much more expensive: this seems the sweet spot.

I wanted to wait a while before I left a review. It's been about 3 months since I got this. I use this rebounder almost every day. I love it! It is sturdy, attractive, has a perfect firm bounce, and looks brand new still. I see no reason to buy one of the really expensive rebounders when this one is every bit as good for a LOT less. Takes some strength to assemble, but I am a 100lb woman and was able to do it. Nice looking, sturdy trampoline. Thank you!
