It works!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but there are some reviews on here that say this doesn’t work and I wanted to share my experience for those people!I strongly recommend raising your legs parallel to the ground to give yourself a flat back when using this. It will relax your psoas, rib cage, and all parts of the body that can cause you to tweak your neck. Either that or raise your knees with feet on the ground to neutralize the pelvis. When coming off the pillow, instead of raising your head quickly and engaging the muscles and tendons you’ve just relaxed, gently roll over to your side and use your hands to help lift your head up.It gave me great relief and helped me identify that I have a weakened left arm due to my neck being out and am in need of a chiropractor. This tool doesn’t come with instructions (or at least mine didn’t) and I think some basic use cases would help make this even better.

Helpful product
It’s a bit uncomfortable but it seems to help reduce neck pain. I can always find 10 minutes a day

I don’t understand how to use this
I bought this for relief of tension headaches I get from my shoulder/neck muscles. I’d seen some ads for other neck pillows like this and I decided on this one because the reviews looked good and it was going to arrive quickly. The instructions it came with weren’t helpful. I am short - 5ft and I wonder if this is my problem during use because it just doesn’t feel like I am using it right. I try both sides of it and I really have no idea if I am using it correctly. I don’t notice any difference in my tension headaches and when I use it during a headache, I haven’t noticed a difference either. More helpful instructions would be a great addition. The product itself has held up well and it appears as shown.

I wish I found this sooner!
It works. I get tension headaches and migraines. I’ve always felt that if only I could reaaaaaaally stretch my neck … I’ve longed for relief from something other h than a bottle of excedrin. Ive felt my pain was the price I’ve had to pay for multiple rear-end car accidents and an active equestrian life style for 40+ years. And people like me always have a chiropractor in our address book. But there are times I can’t get there. This neck cloud seems to have resolved that issue … It works! So I was busy yesterday in ways that would have incapacitated me today, however, I used the neck cloud for ten minutes last night before I went to bed, and I woke up without neck and head pain today. Whoa!!! I call it that a bloody miracle.Okay … so here is my experience with it. It was very uncomfortable at first … because I’m stretching my neck in a way that I am not to and I’m very tight. It seemed like hard material. Too hard. My interns dialogue was a lot of whining. But then…. That hardness feeling goes away as your neck stretches. It was pretty neat. I also heard and felt my neck crick about 5 minutes into this experiment. Also I set a timer for ten minutes. i felt if I went past ten minutes, especially my first time, it would be counter productive. The second time I used it, I tried a heating pad on my neck and shoulders first, before using the neck cloud, since I am chronic neck pain sufferer. The heating pad first did help my comfort level. Also I put on relaxing music to focus on instead of my stiffness. And I found it easier to roll from my side on to it, and when I was done I rolled off while supporting my head (with my hand) so i didn’t shock my now stretched neck muscles and c1/c2. I hope everybody who uses this find the same relief I did. ♥️ Drink a lot of water afterwards. Be kind to yourself too. It’s a process.

This pillow will ruin your life.
I have neck issues from working at a cpu all day and have neck tightness on the right side of my body.I was very on the fence because I do not order stuff that I see on Instagram or social media. I ordered the pillow in late April and have been using it over the past couple weeks and was actually recommending it.Yesterday I woke up and my quality of life is severely diminished and I would actually like to die. The pain i feel in the back of my neck, back of my spine, pain on the side of my neck, pain now in the front of my neck— I can’t describe how bad I feel effectively.I can not sleep. The pain I have is so much worse than the slight discomfort I felt before I got the pillow. I wish I could go back, and you will probably want to go back too. If you have ANY sort of prior neck discomfort, it is worth putting a hold on this and contacting a physician before use.I believe that I have either pinched a nerve or damage a vertebrae in my cervical spine. C1-C5 all hurt and i can’t sit in an position that is comfortable, I just can’t get comfortable. I am waiting through the weekend because the American healthcare system is so bad, that way I can get professional help and not lose a lot of money.Tl:dr:Since I got this pillow, i am in way worse pain that I have ever been in and hopefully it is just a temporary thing, but I feel I have done permanent damage. I will find out in the next few days, but this has been one of the worst purchases in my life.I really wish I could go back because if the pain continues from this pillow, I will not want to continue living. If you value your life and want the best for yourself, do not buy this. I will never be the same again and this device has likely done irreparable damage to me, that I will live with for the rest of my life.0/5
