Q: where should this cream be applied?

I am not a Dr so I can't give medical advice... Please consult your Physician or Naturopathic practitioner for medical advice / how to use this product / dosing etc. As I understand it... Chrysin has an anti-estrogen effect. This cream is absorbed through the skin. I would think that anywhere skin is thin and blood vessels are abundant would work. You may want to look up how testosterone gels are applied for some hints but I would strongly encourage you to seek professional medical guidance because this cream may impact hormone levels.

Q: How many mg chrysin in 1/4 teaspoon?

If you scroll down the page you will find: ¼ teaspoon / 1.2 ml (4 pumps) of the cream daily, which equates to about a total daily dose of 50 mg for the first 2 weeks; then apply ½ teaspoon / 2.4 ml (8 pumps) of cream daily, which equates to about 100 mg total daily dose. Once you have used the cream for 2 months or so, you should go for a hormone test to evaluate your estrogen levels and if there is no change then you can increase the dose. Maximum suggested dose is 1 teaspoon / 4.8 ml (16 pumps) which equals about 200 mg daily dose.
