Super portable! Quick setup and great quality. I was a little skeptical. There are lots of these little softboxes for little money but you get what you pay for. This is definitely a higher quality one. I love how small it folds up. The stand that comes with it also folds up nice. Every speed light is a little different. They made the mount adjustable to you can center is perfectly. Light output is great and very soft. While of course it isn't a large softbox, it gives a nice and even soft light that you want for portraits. I'm using it mostly on outdoor shoots where I just need little bit of light to get the look I want. It works great for that. Overall I'm really impressed with the solid quality and compact size for traveling or when I want to bring minimal equipment without compromising quality. Definitely worth the price! I'll add some photos later.

The RapiDome is an awesome light modifier. I have used Photoflex for years and never been disappointed with their build quality or the simplicity which which their products work. The RapiDome doesn't disappoint. I own two of them.It is lightweight, quick to setup and versatile. It is designed as a portable, collapsible beauty dish, but it also works great as a softbox. Compare to the competitions RapidBox - Photoflex offers this great modifier with the diffuser and egg crate grid for over a hundred dollars less than the competitors product.

Hello Everyone, that one-star review is just not true. I am a working photographer in Los Angeles and I love the RapiDome and this is WHY.1. The RapiDome is extremely easy to set up, light weight and ships with an excellent stand, diffusion and grid set.2. I travel. I mean I travel everywhere and a lot. The RapiDome is light weight and easily packs into my gear case or my camera pack.3. The RapiDome provides studio quality lighting anywhere you go using a Speedlight.4. Photoflex makes extremely durable light modifiers, I put them through their paces from the Mojave to Moscow and they have always performed great.This is a great product at a great price, I have absolutely no complaints.

Good construction, pops open easily. Egg crate provides great directional control of the light. Price is very reasonable give the quality of the product.
