BlueAir Filter damaged
The product arrived quicker than anticipated and I was kept informed of its progress. Unfortunately the packaging was bent and damaged and so was the filter inside. I assume this was caused in transit. The price was cheap and I may be able to.make it fit the appliance, so haven't bothered to complain or return.

Works as expected
Does the job - cheaper than the usual Hepa filters - will see if it lasts as long

Works well as a replacement
Tried the product, its true happer so the blue purifer needs a setting higher to get the air in. I used my air quilty meter and it does reduce pm2 and co particles. Not that great with oders tho. For the price its definitely worth it.
