I love these discs! Def a great workout and I’m finding new ways to use them to get the body I want.

This flex a bit, so you have to be careful the edges don't flex into the carpet or it catches. Basically, this means these aren't as slippery as they should be 100% of the time. Also don't even try the sock covers on tile. Grout takes the covers right off. I don't have hardwood, so I can't try it on that.
