Great phone. Came in perfection condition and has no problems with it. Good battery life and very speedy. Looks lovely with no scratches. Good value for money!

Definitely worth the price! Came with about 90% battery life, which is expected as I bought second hand (it is now on 88% and had it for over a year) The condition and quality of this phone is amazing and would definitely recommend people to buy. I have a screen protector so I cannot say if it scratches easily or not but it came with no scratches and all the accessories I believe. It is fast and the functionality is great. Definitely recommend. The colour is amazing

Had this phone for 9 weeks and the screen corrupted. Returned for repairs. Phone returned to me ‘repaired’ after 2 weeks. Went to set up my ‘repaired’ phone and the screen did exactly the same thing. Customer services have requested I send it back for assessment, which I will, but very disappointing so far.

Ho acquistato un iPhone 13 ricondizionato “come nuovo” e devo dire che sono rimasta davvero sorpresa dalla qualità del prodotto. Esteticamente è bellissimo: arrivato perfettamente pulito, senza graffi né segni di usura, tanto che sembra davvero non essere mai stato usato. Il telefono funziona in modo impeccabile: è fluido, veloce e reattivo in ogni operazione. La batteria ha ottime prestazioni e garantisce una buona autonomia durante la giornata, proprio come ci si aspetta da un iPhone di questo livello. Anche il display è perfetto, luminoso e senza alcun difetto visibile. La qualità delle foto e dei video è eccellente, come da standard Apple, e tutte le funzioni risultano pienamente operative. È stato consegnato ben imballato e pronto all’uso, cosa che dà subito una sensazione di affidabilità e cura. Sono molto soddisfatta dell’acquisto perché permette di avere un iPhone praticamente nuovo a un prezzo più conveniente rispetto al prodotto nuovo. È un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole qualità, prestazioni e affidabilità senza spendere una cifra eccessiva. In conclusione, consiglio assolutamente questo iPhone 13 ricondizionato: bello, perfetto in ogni dettaglio e indistinguibile da uno nuovo. Acquisto azzeccato sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Ofrece prácticamente la misma experiencia que un equipo nuevo, siempre que lo adquieras a un proveedor fiable.

Allocaz m'a vendu un téléphone volé. Après 1 an d'utilisation son IMEI a été bloqué, j'ai d'abord cru à un problème d'antenne ou de carte mère. Je les ai contactés pour leur faire part du problème et ils ont refusé de me le remplacer alors que la garantie légale de conformité est de 2 ans. Le service client amazon m'a proposé de le renvoyer – ce que j'ai fait à mes frais – et allocaz me l'a renvoyé un mois plus tard. Après 3 mois d'échanges infructueux avec leur service client et le service client amazon, j'étais résolu et je l'ai emmené chez un réparateur. C'est ce dernier qui m'a informé que l'IMEI était bloqué car le téléphone était volé et qu'il n'y avait pas de manipulation pour le réparer. Fort de cette information je suis revenu vers le service client, remonté comme un coucou, près à en découdre. Ils m'ont d'abord ghosté pendant 2 semaines puis en faisant du forcing via le service client amazon, j'ai fini par pouvoir renvoyer le téléphone. Le remboursement était finalement prévu en 5 à 7 jours ouvrés, cela fait maintenant 2 semaines mais "ne vous inquiétez pas le remboursement est en cours", c'est vrai, pourquoi devrais-je m'inquiéter ? Service minable, c'est dommage car le téléphone était en très bon état lors de sa réception. Enjoy mon com allocaz

Absoluter Flop. Das Gerät ist äußerlich zwar ok, aber die Ladekapazität entspricht mit max. möglichen 62% in keinster Weise den in der Artikelbeschreibung (hervorragend) angegebenen mind. 85%. War als Geschenk für unseren Sohn gedacht. Nach aufwendiger Einrichtung etc. Konnte die Minderwertigkeit der Batterie und damit des Gerätes erst festgestellt werden. Es stellt sich also die Frage, wie so etwas bei GENERALÜBERHOLTEN Geräten überhaupt passieren kann … und selbstverständlich immer auf Kosten und Nerven des Kunden. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice war zum einen schwierig (weil im Ausland ansässig) und zum anderen völlig unbefriedigend. Eine Rücksendung bzw. ein Gerätetausch ist natürlich super, wenn das Gerät bereits komplett fertig eingerichtet wurde und als Geschenk gedacht war und bei Tausch bzw. Rücksendung nicht rechtzeitig zum Geburtstag funktioniert übergeben hätte können. Auf Anfrage einer Teilerstattung, um hier vor Ort in Deutschland einen Batterietausch veranlassen zu können, war das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen des Verkäufers quasi null. Fazit: Ich kann auf Basis meiner absolut schlechten Erfahrung mit diesem Verkäufer nur von einem Kauf abraten. Mir drängt sich der Eindruck bzw. Verdacht auf, dass das Gerät keine Generalüberholung durchlaufen hat, sondern einfach so „auf gut Glück“ an den Kunden verschickt wurde. Die Reaktion des „Kundenservice“ hat diesen Eindruck absolut bestätigt. Also, nie wieder ..! Betrug!
