Maxtek 10.4 mm Standard Single Clear CD Jewel Case with Assembled Black Tray, 10 Pack

Bought these due to getting 3 (2 CD items) and because the cases not having the CDs separated individually (had the CDs separated by a plastic middle piece with 4 round circles near the outer edge and with each CD held in place by the middle piece. Problem was that the 2 CDs backside were touching each other in the 4 round circles and because of this had to be VERY CAREFUL removing the CDs from each other. Ended up purchasing these CD cases so I could put each CD in their own case (to make sure it would be easy to remove them and prevent damage to them). The cases came in GOOD CONDITION. The cases are like what would have been used by the Company that makes and packages the CDs. The cases are thick and durable. The CDs fit without difficulty. Will continue to purchase if needing to.

These are pretty nice cases. You can fit your dvd or video game cds- they have a clear case so you can look at the game from the outside that opening it up. They’re pretty light weight so easy to carry- you get a lot. Closing them is easy but real easy for them to come open and damage whatever inside and they can crack from a great distance. But they can take a bit of damage, if you like psychical media I recommend these cases.

All 10 cases arrived in pristine condition! No defects in the clarity of the clear plastic covers, front or back. Excellent quality control. Manufactured in Taiwan. Unfortunately, the clear plastic is not very thick when compared to those CD cases manufactured 20 or more years ago. I wish I could find a company that manufactures the durable, heavier weight cases like those of the past…

condition, durability, and use

Occasionally the jewel CD cases for CDs I buy online arrived cracked or broken, so I need replacements. Ideally ones that I can reuse the insert in the back, where the song listing is usually printed. These CD cases fill the bill -- as far as I can tell, they are identical to the jewel cases provided with store-bought music CDs. Not only can I keep the back and front cover inserts, but also the side or end printing shows, so I can view the title/artist from my CD storage unit. Bravo! My local computer store no longer stocks the standard-depth cases, so I went online. I am also very impressed with the delivery time too, amazingly fast it was, only 2 days from ordering to delivery, and I didn't pay extra for that. And the item was packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, so none of the CD cases were cracked or broken.

The old ones need replaced, cracks distorted plastic, makes it neater and more visible
