Using for an EZ-GO 36V golf cart and loving it.
Wanted to have a fully automatic on-board charger. This certainly accomplishes that. Replaced an older Lester brand 30 amp charger from the early eighties. Still worked, but loud, and had a timer so you had to periodically monitor it.I installed this Noco charger underneath the rear seat in the cargo area, but not upside down, as that would cause overheating issues im sure.Used a noco panel mounted plug too, so all I have to do is connect an extension cord to the golf cart and its good to go.Repair mode works by charging with a higher voltage. As said in the manual, it is to be used with caution, and will cause some water loss from batteries. Be sure to check before and after if you use this mode.Would buy again. I will also update review if any problems arise, but my experience with Noco is that they have well-engineered products in this age of temporary, poor quality ones.6 month update: Love it. Wish I would’ve done so sooner. I set up my golf cart so I just plug the extension cord right into its side. So convenient, and a game changer.

current tapering failed
I bought this charger to charge my Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries I have on my boat (360AH). After a dozen charge cycles the charger stopped tapering the current as the maximum voltage approached. It is currently still putting out 20 amps when it the past the current was dropping to 10-12 amps at 41.8V. This is way beyond the capacity of my BMS to moderate.
