"I have tried many teeth whitening product before. Most of them using a lot of chemical. Sometimes I could feel my mouth burnt and teeth very sensitive to hot or cold. A friend of mine recommend this toothpaste which has bamboo white charcoal, it is natural. There is no strong chemical taste in your mouth. I don't feel sensitive teeth. Actually it gave me fresh breath as well. Love it!!"

I brush twice a day, once in the evening with Gum Alive and the morning with a fluoride toothpaste. When I use this product I can feel how clean and smooth my teeth are. I haven't noticed any extra whitening of my teeth though, that is why I only gave it 4 stars. But then again, maybe it's the coffee keeping my teeth from getting extra white. It has a nice flavor too. Be sure to follow the directions. It says to brush for 3 minutes, then rinse and brush another minute. I use a Sonic toothbrush, the two of them put together do a fantastic job!
