Amazing product
I didn't expect too much from a 20 dollar product. I had a really bad clog in my mainline. I had water backing up in my downstairs shower and toilet. I tried a bunch of different liquid drain uncloggers first, then I was gunna rent a mainline snake from home depot, but decided to try this first. This thing worked wonders. I had the mainline unclogged within 10 minutes. Great product.

Wonderful tool!
Amazing. We had an under-sidewalk 4" pipe connecting a downspout to a dry well. We manually cleared about 5' of clog but couldn't access a middle 1'. This did it! And I thought to take video as the final batch of crud was pushed through (incl. an old screwdriver; you can't make this stuff up). We got access by digging out the yard side and removing the downspout to access the house side. The sound of the pulsing let you know it's in a good place and working. Don't jam it hard into the clog. For newbie DIYers like me, fyi, this needs a straight hose, not a curly one, to get into the pipe enough.

IT WORKED!!!!!!!
Last year the main line backed up and I paid over $700 + the mess of cleaning up the inside overflow …YUCK! This time I had a better idea of the issues that happen before the full back up happens. Flushing the toilet and then bubbling in the toilet and slow drainage in the tub. Then waste coming up in the shower/tub when flushing the toilet is the last line of defense before it’s all over your floors! So this time I watched some videos and stumbled across this item. Seemed reasonable enough if you kinda understand what’s happening. Something clogs the mainline (toilet paper, toys, or even roots) and all you need is an enough pressure to push it out of the way. Now it could be a major issue like a collapsed pipe, but if you just need to push the junk down the pipe, THIS WILL DO THE TRICK! (The first thing I did try was some chemicals that should have eroded the junk, but that didn’t work for me. That was about $100) After some research, I went with this brand. A lot of people advised not to go with other brands. I hooked it up to the hose line and you have to push it down just enough to seal off where water doesn’t overflow on the ground, but also so that it doesn’t blow back into the house. It’s not far, but look at some videos on this (if you don’t push it far enough it will either not work or make a larger mess). The first time I tried it (I was a little scared), I turned the water on for 5 mins but it wasn’t sealed so it didn’t work. It wasn’t far enough in the pipe or maybe was in an area where it didn’t fill the pipe all the way. The second time I did it, I pushed it a little further, this time I knew it wouldn’t blow back into the house so I was less scared. It made a seal so that the water didn’t come out the top of the pipe onto the ground. I ran the water for 10 mins. When I turned the water off, I heard a big suction sound and that’s what you are waiting for. The blockage was pushed out and you are back to normal. They say that you should run the hose a little longer just to make sure the junk is pushed all the way down the line. Some lines of 100ft or more. Anyway, this was a $21 solution. I know I saved myself hundreds of dollars and the headache of having to call a plumber. Now I have what I need in the event that this were to happen again. Hope this helps you!

Drain king!
Good product so far. Supposed to use it for clogged drains. Haven’t had to use it on a clog but seems to help keep drain clear. I am using it to maybe try and keep main drain clean like a preventative maintenance.

Exceptional results
Update: After using this several times, I've come to see this as a miracle product. It works better than a drain auger being run by a professional plumber. If the problem is a solid ball of roots, this wouldn't work, but anything less substantial and it knocks it out. Today, this let me dislodge a flushed object (pullup? ball of baby wipes?) that was clogging my main sewer line so badly that sewage backed up into my showers. It has paid for itself many times over - and doesn't charge extra for work on weekends! ******** Tried before using a 100' drain auger, but it couldn't clear the clog. Then did the auger. It also didn't clear the clog. Tried the Drain King again with a longer hose, had to let it work a while and let the water drain a couple times, but it finally did the job. For the money and ease of use, I will be using this every time before trying the auger. Warning: the water has to go somewhere. That's probably going to be a bathtub or sink. Have people watching so you know when to stop or you'll have sewage on the floor.

Wish I found this sooner! Clogs Gone
This expands in the pipe creating back pressure and pushing the clog out by force. I have a nortious 100ft pipe that clogs from all the sedement and I'm sure has a break under walkway somwwhere. It always clogs and I have to flush out before and after rains. This worked great to pressurize and clear a clog I couldn't get rid of for years! Once cleared, i put this on hose at one end and did my hose rod up 90ft up from the other end, making everything flush out to street rather than backing up into yard as it was doing before. My drain now flows better than ever before!

Fits in through a 2” access plug but will not go through a 2” elbow.
Nice to be able to put it in through a 2” opening before the “Y” and get it into the 4” main line and then get the clog out!!
