I honestly haven't really been able to use my machine yet because I've been having issues with the software "not responding". Once it does decide to "respond" it appears to be a wonderful tool. I've been able to manipulate a design I had created in mspaint in the silhouette software and absolutely loved trying to figure out what could be done. I managed to test a cut of my design which was more advanced than it should have been for my very first time, but I'm hard headed 🤷🏾‍♂️ It came out much better than expected and look forward to challenging my creativity. Hopefully the software issues will correct themselves... If you're patient and pick up quickly, you will love this cutter.

I love my Silhouette! Together with a heat press machine I have made mugs, totes, cups and many more! Easy to use, connects by bluetooth which I love. Silhouette provides you with a lot of tutorials and help so it makes everything that much easier. Only advise I have is that if you are planning to use it often then you should order an extra cutting mat!

This silhouette was a Christmas gift for my 12 year old daughter. She was so happy and surprised by the gift. She only used the machine a few times. She used it on notebooks,tablet,cups and a few other small things. Last week we got school supplies for the new school year. We got new vinyl for her so she could put it on her new school supplies. She got it ready to use and the silhouette will not come on. I emailed Amazon the informed me that I would need to reach out to manufacturer. I sent the email telling them the issue. They were very quick to respond. Then I received a email with several troubleshooting suggestions. When I tried them and emailed them back I haven't heard from them. The company seems fine with you fixing it but not them. They are treating me like I'm lying about my issue with machine. I think the 1 year manufacturer warranty should cover it. I'm willing to send it to them to repair or replace it. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from them. Dont buy it.

Absolutely love it so far! My mom and sister both have silhouette cameo’s so it wasn’t too difficult figuring out how to use it, but I imagine it’ll take some time still to get the most out of it. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I couldn’t get it to work with my chromebook so I had to use my boyfriends laptop for the program.

Bought this for my girl to have a small side business... it's so much fun, I can take a pic of anything open it in the provided program trace and then cut it straight to the vinyl.. laterally that easy.. I cant stop myself.. highly recommend for starters I- I read nothing just plugged and played.. order you some 10' rolls at least the ones it comes with are great but go quick. Stop looking and get it

I have been eyeing this for the past six months. I debated and debated ordering because several people in the reviews said they did not receive everything listed. I finally decided to bite the bullet and order it. It arrived yesterday and had everything as listed. I have not used my machine yet, but I have used my friends which is what prompted me to start looking for one of my own. I'm pretty excited to try it out and MAKE ALL THE THINGS!

This bundle was a great bargain. Lots of vinyl to practice with, pens which I hadn’t expected to use much but which have come in handy, transfer tape, and a few useful tools. Buy a spatula for working with paper and tweezers work way better for weeding than the dull hook it comes with. I recommend YouTube tutorials and lots of patience to get started and remember your blade is initially very sharp. My settings for vinyl were at 1,1,1 and I still cut through a few carrier sheets.

Like the product. Purchased over a year ago and finally opened the box about a month ago after giving my security blanket (a beloved and well worn Cricut) away and meeting the challenges of slowly learning to the Silhouette. So far I'm lovin it. It will make for some fun crafting days as the winter months approach. As the basics are learned, I'm finding that it's not so different than a lot of other design programs I've used. Would highly recommend for all crafters as there are so many cross venues that it can be used for.
