I have been using this for 3 months now when I first started I only took two a day one in the morning after breakfast and another after lunch I went from 170 to 165! Expected supplement to help with weight control, energy & focus. What I got after taking one capsule was tremors, pounding headache, profuse sweating, dimished thinking ability, and the feeling of unreality, as if I were in a tunnel. Extremely grateful when it wore off.

Not expected but ok it does seem to make me feel full but not so much to suppress my appetite
